Restoration of the original dwelling and construction of a rear addition, which provided a coherent, modest, sympathetic one-storey built form around strict approval guidelines.
Annandale
A contemporary reinvigoration of the original dwelling and a complete reinvention of the rear. The living space is divided by a carefully crafted stair of steel stringers and timber treads. The entire living space is flanked by a frameless south-lit skylight that punctuates the majestic rigour of a beautifully constructed off-form concrete soffit.
